Spring Cleaning Challenge – Day 8 – Garage and outdoor areas
We made it! Today we are going to work in the garage and outdoor areas. I would like to thank you all for following along with the Spring Cleaning and Organizing Challenge. If it was for you, I wouldnโt have made it either. Sharing my step-by-step process with you, motivated me to get my house cleaned during this pandemic. Thanks for holding me accountable to get my job done!

Are you ready to get your space cleaned and organized? So many times, garages and storage areas are the spaces where things go to โdieโ. We take them there with the idea that one day we will need that specific item, and when we need them, we are not able to find them. So letโs get all those boxes out, sort them and organize them in a way that makes sense to you and your family. Some basic categories you will probably need are holiday decor, seasonal decor, camping gear, tools, kidsโ memorabilia, house maintenance, sports, etc.
When it comes to organizing your outdoor space, I highly recommend creating an area where the kids can get and put away their own outdoor toys such as bubbles, balls, sand toys, chalk, etc. Other important zones to create are grilling tools and gardening.
