What are your Healthy Goals?
Wow! Can you believe spring is finally here? To many people this is the time to get their body active and “in shape” for Summer. Many people set New Year’s resolutions for themselves to work out and eat healthy, but find they drift into old habits as the winter drags on.
I understand what that’s like. Exercise has never been my strong point. In fact, I used to skip the gym and all sports during my school years. I never committed to a workout routine. Just the thought of leaving my house to go to the gym made me tired.
What has worked for me
Last year, around this time of the year, I finally decided to change that and lose the last 10 pounds I gained with pregnancy (six years ago!) and never lost. I joined a group that gave me all the information, nutrition and support I needed.
I love it so much that I decided to become a coach and motivate others to do the same. You have my word that this program helps you create a balanced nutrition (with room for baked goods), at-home workouts that won’t take away from precious family time and work, and a supportive community who will have your back every step of the way!

One other good thing about it is that you won’t just transform your habits, but your whole family will love it. My kids love the healthy treats I have been making. One of our favorites are the banana muffins.
