Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Di is Organized, LLC (doing business as Di is Organized and Organize Yourself Healthy) and our employees, contractors, subcontractors, or assistants; the terms “I” and “you” and “your” refer to the client. 

We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you (the client) conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated herein.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These Terms of Use apply to all users of this site. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access the website or purchase any of our products/services.  

Investment Packages

Sessions expire twelve (12) months after purchase. While sessions require a minimum of four hours. There is no maximum to how long we can work together in one day. Remember that we need a minimum of four hours to show significant improvement no matter what the project.

Some clients find clearing clutter to be an emotional and draining experience and are ready to end their session after 4 hours. Others are fueled by the energy of releasing items that no longer serve them and choose to work all day. Ultimately the choice is yours for how long we work. We will be there to guide you, to support, and to hold space for you throughout the process. 

Terms of use – Payment Details

All sales are final (non-refundable) and non-transferable. Package payments are due right after signing the contract to be eligible for the discount we offer. We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards (Discover, Master Card, Visa, and American Express).  

Terms of use – Canceling and Rescheduling Policy

When a client books an appointment with us, that time is reserved exclusively for him/her and becomes unavailable for anyone else to use. If, for some reason — other than a real emergency — you need to cancel appointments, please give at least 24 hours advance notice so that others may take advantage of the unused time. In case we need to cancel any session due to illness, you’ll receive a credit for that session only OR the option to reschedule. In conclusion, if you’ve booked a session that you need to cancel, rescheduling is complimentary, but the session is non-refundable.

Privacy and Confidentiality

Given the sensitive nature of the work we do and the high level of trust it requires our clients to place in us, you can be assured of absolute privacy when working with us.
